**Position Overview:**
The Business Development Representative will be responsible for engaging our extensive client base, presenting compelling membership offers, and addressing customer needs. This role involves educating customers on services and benefits, guiding leads through the sales pipeline, and collaborating closely with the sales team to exceed targets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Initiate outbound calls to engage our client base.

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to exceed targets and achieve collective goals.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Deliver post-sales support and follow-up to ensure unwavering customer satisfaction.
- Continuously explore avenues for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue.
**Qualifications:**
- Fluent proficiency in the English language.
- Proficient in Google, Slack, CRM (ServiceTitan)
- Demonstrated track record of surpassing sales targets in previous roles.
- Exceptional aptitude for customer service and satisfaction.
- Superlative verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting.
- Proficiency in utilizing CRM software for lead management and sales tracking.
- Previous experience in a commission-based sales capacity is highly desirable.
- Flexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and customer requirements.
**Estimated Salary:** Up to $1700 USD per month, plus commissions.
