Hotel Front Office Ambassador

About the role: Our ideal candidate will share a passion for excellence and infuse enthusiasm in everything they do. As a front office ambassador, you will have the opportunity to shape our guest experience and be an integral part of our front office team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to a positive and welcoming environment with a friendly attitude.
- Communicate with team members to ensure the highest level of personalized service.
- Check-in guests in a friendly and efficient manner, using their name whenever possible.
- Ensure guests are assigned rooms according to their requests and at the correct rate.
- Verify guest satisfaction upon departure, collect keys, and present the final bill to guests.
- Process payments accurately through credit card or cash.
- Manage all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist guests with inquiries related to hotel services, events, directions, etc.
- Work harmoniously and professionally with colleagues and supervisors.
- Accept reservations, changes, and cancellations in the absence of the reservations department.
- Assist with responsibilities and duties in the Concierge, Business center, and lobby coverage areas.
- Collaborate closely with bell staff to ensure smooth luggage handling for guests, deliveries, and special requests.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Educational background in hospitality.
- A minimum of one year of experience in the field.
- Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Dynamic personality.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with the city.
