About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Hotel Bogotá. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences, and leading a team of staff to achieve exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and register hotel guests, explaining accommodations and establishing credit or method of payment;
  • Check guest out of the hotel, preparing and explaining billing;
  • Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing guest needs and adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction;
  • Assist in guest concern escalations, providing conflict resolution with a focus on empathy and understanding;
  • Ensure that staff are highly trained, motivated, and supervised;
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

  • Previous front desk or front office experience, preferably in a luxury environment;
  • Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to constant change within the hotel;
  • Previous customer experience and ability to work effectively under pressure;
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Good communication skills - reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language;
  • Excellent computer skills, especially Excel proficiency; knowledge of OPERA and experience in cashiering preferred;
  • Knowledge of the local Bogota area is preferred;
