About the Location

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will be part of a dynamic team that provides personalized service to our discerning guests.

Job Description

  • Supervise front desk staff, ensuring seamless guest experiences during their stay.
  • Directly handle guest inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Manage room assignments, billing, and other administrative tasks with attention to detail.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing guest concerns, providing empathetic conflict resolution.
  • Ensure staff receive ongoing training, motivation, and supervision.
  • Collaborate with the Front Office team to maintain high standards of service and efficiency.
  • Conduct pre-arrival processes to tailor services to individual guests' preferences.
  • Process packages, messages, and mail accurately and efficiently.
  • Handle all guest interactions with professionalism and courtesy, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Respond to guest inquiries in a timely manner, utilizing internal systems and communication channels effectively.

Requirements

  • Prior front desk or front office experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Previous customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results under pressure.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of local area and amenities is a plus.
