Sales Enablement Specialist

Join Anthology Inc, a leading education and technology solutions provider, as a Sales Enablement Analyst. This role plays a crucial part in the Service Operations and Support team, driving operational efficiency and innovation across the Global Services and Support organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Enablement Managers to develop and deliver project/product onboarding plans, ensuring timely delivery of training, tools, and resources to the Global Services and Support organization.
- Work with cross-functional teams to refine training and onboarding materials, ensuring timely delivery and meeting expectations.
- Proactively identify and lead enablement initiatives to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and preparedness of the Global Services and Support organization.
- Assess new hires' progress and schedule follow-ups with new team members and their managers.
- Maintain Global Services and Support training calendar and team SharePoint sites.
- Fluency in written and spoken English at CEF B2 level or above.
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in groups such as professional services, client services, and/or operations.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Strong written and oral communication/presentation skills.
- Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments.
- Software industry and Services/Operations experience.
