We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Enablement Associate to join our team at LatamCent. This individual will play a key role in onboarding, developing, and training a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Sales Associates/Executives (SAs/SEs).
Key Responsibilities- Deliver a best-in-class, 3-week training program to our SDR and SA new hires.
- Build and maintain onboarding curriculums and prepare for upcoming new hires.
- Facilitate classroom and blended learning experiences.
- Host coaching sessions on soft skills, such as objection handling, discovery, and negotiation.
- Administer and grade assessments and activities.
- Continuously evaluate the impact of our onboarding program, leveraging ramp tracking metrics, field evaluations, and anecdotal data.
- Support ad-hoc initiatives and learning programs across our 2 core GTM roles (SDRs/SA).
- 2+ years of relevant enablement/sales training experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience building and deploying end-to-end onboarding programs for SDRs and SAs that yielded optimized ramp times.
- Experience building best-in-class training programs for sales roles, including live training, async assignments, certification programs, evaluation mechanisms, etc.
- Experience working with and enabling global SDR teams.
- Close understanding of the sales process (SaaS sales is a plus) and experience onboarding revenue roles (Sales and SDR).
- Outstanding audience engagement skills, with great composure and an ability to adapt content and conversations to meet the needs of your audience.
- Self-starter with strong judgment and an eye for the nuances of our business.
- Proficient in English.
- Competitive Compensation Package: $36,000-65,000 OTE (base + bonus).
