A Technical Solutions Specialist plays a crucial role in enhancing customer satisfaction by delivering customized solutions and fostering innovation. This position involves engaging in the development of Infobip's solution proposals, overseeing the design, implementation, and integration of solutions, as well as enhancing existing offerings. To achieve the desired business outcomes, Technical Solutions Specialists collaborate with headquarters and regional teams, acting as technical leads or supporting more experienced colleagues. They manage opportunities independently from inception to delivery.

This role can be approached as a generalist, encompassing all listed activities, or it can focus on specific areas such as customer experience consultancy, partnerships, or industry specialization.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients and partners in recognizing the value of Infobip's offerings:

  • Gain a deep understanding of clients' businesses to identify which solutions can facilitate their growth.
  • Devise innovative solutions tailored to meet clients' business requirements.
  • Gather technical specifications and design integration plans for services.
  • Address technical and security inquiries.
  • Deliver engaging demonstrations and proof of concepts.
  • Conduct scoping sessions and provide estimates for service quotes.

Implement solutions for both new and existing clients:

  • Produce thorough and accurate technical documentation.
  • Customize Infobip solutions to align with clients' business needs.
  • Ensure timely delivery of all projects, adhering to scope and budget while exceeding client expectations.
  • Facilitate consulting and solution enablement sessions for clients, documenting outcomes with meeting summaries.

Contribute to internal initiatives and prioritize continuous improvement:

  • Document solutions and best practices, sharing insights within the department.
  • Maintain awareness of market feature requirements and provide feedback to guide product development.
  • Stay well-informed about Infobip's products and solutions, both from a technical and commercial perspective, keeping up with updates and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Several years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Systems, Telecommunications, or Electronic Engineering.
  • Fluent or advanced proficiency in English is essential.
  • Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Java, PHP) is advantageous.
  • Experience in client-facing roles, whether in commercial or technical discussions.
