Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Werfenlife SA. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding business opportunities in the Latam region.

Main Responsibilities

  • Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key stakeholders in the distribution network.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Market Analysis
    • Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, drivers, and needs of the local markets.
    • Develop and implement strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Sales Excellence
    • Implement sales excellence practices to drive sales growth and expansion.
    • Develop and execute action plans to achieve sales objectives.
  • Financial Management
    • Develop and manage financial plans to ensure optimal financial terms for distributors.
    • Monitor and analyze financial aspects of purchase orders and distributor financial situations.
  • Compliance and Risk Management
    • Ensure compliance with Werfen's current compliance policies and procedures.
    • Implement Anti-Corruption risk assessments and Due Diligence questionnaires as requested by the Compliance Department.

Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a scientific or biomedical field.
  • Experience
    • At least 3 years of experience working with the distribution network in the Latam region.
    • Experience and knowledge in IVD and/or Medical and/or Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Skills
    • Spanish and English proficiency.
    • Proven experience leading indirect or direct teams.
    • Finance knowledge.
