Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales account plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Manage the sales pipeline, generating leads and converting them into sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with product sales and marketing teams to identify market trends and opportunities for student recruitment.
- Ensure strong partner network management, adhering to service level agreements (SLAs) to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Recruit new agents and onboard them to the Study Group network.
- Represent Study Group and its brands at exhibitions and recruitment events.
- Identify partner growth opportunities and risk profiles, actively managing them.
- Provide high-quality product and process training to agents.
- Monitor competitor activity to enhance market awareness and analysis.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Native Spanish speaker with fluent English language skills.
- Customer-service oriented with a consultative approach to selling.
- Proficient in computer applications.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure environments.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- B2B or Channel Sales experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of international education systems.
