Technical Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager to join our team at Twilio. As a Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to our top-tier strategic customers in North America. You will work closely with our customers to resolve complex technical issues and provide proactive insights to prevent future problems.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support and guidance to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Work with customers' developers to troubleshoot issues with cloud solutions and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with our Product and Engineering teams to identify and drive improvements in our products.
- Analyze customer trends and provide insights to the management team to improve our support process.
- 3-6+ years of relevant experience in cloud solutions and technical support.
- Good knowledge of RESTful technology and APIs.
- Skilled in troubleshooting network connectivity issues and communicating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Advanced time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
- Excellence in task prioritization and evaluation of situational urgency.
