SOCRadar Cyber Intelligence Inc. is seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our LATAM team. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base in the region, identifying new sales opportunities, and developing strategic plans to achieve business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Management : Manage and expand our customer base in LATAM, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales Strategy : Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth in the region, including identifying new sales opportunities and developing strategic plans.
- Product Knowledge : Develop in-depth knowledge of SOCRadar's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers and prospects.
- Communication : Communicate effectively with customers, prospects, and internal stakeholders to build strong relationships and drive sales growth.
- Data Analysis : Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is a must.
