Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst - Backoffice to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving LAN network issues, configuring operating systems, and providing prompt support to internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network and technical support, with a focus on LAN and WAN environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the proper functioning of IT equipment and LAN infrastructure.
- Provide technical support to business operations, addressing IT-related issues promptly.
- Coordinate and execute maintenance shifts and ensure availability of IT services.
- Handle IT requirements and tasks efficiently to support ongoing operations.
- Monitor and control network performance, with a focus on property management.
- Offer database support and deliver data insights relevant to DM.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in network and technical support, with a strong focus on LAN and WAN environments.
- Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues across multiple platforms (Windows, Mac).
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and helpdesk operations.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the generation of comprehensive reports.
- Strong grasp of office automation tools and best practices in IT support.
- In-depth knowledge of LAN and WAN networking principles.
- Experience in user support and managing helpdesk functions.
- Familiarity with database management and data insights.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
