JOB OVERVIEW:

The Senior Human Resources Manager is responsible for directing and executing the human resources functions within Continuum Global Solutions, delivering a comprehensive range of services from operational to strategic levels. This role involves managing the HR team to ensure effective and high-caliber recruitment, contract oversight, onboarding, professional development, performance assessment, compensation management, compliance with policies and labor regulations, employee engagement, and staff welfare. The HR Manager will report to the Deputy Director of Human Resources.

Responsibilities:

Ensure the implementation of Global HR Operating Policies and Procedures, guaranteeing all HR activities comply with these standards. Collaborate with the Finance department in budget formulation and ensure adherence to internal and external controls. Oversee and manage contract renewals and terminations, along with all staff-related documentation during hiring and exits. Maintain personnel files and records in accordance with company standards and local legislation. Organize and facilitate new employee orientation to ensure comprehensive onboarding and foster a positive organizational culture. Administer timely and precise monthly payroll across all locations. Coordinate training sessions aligned with the learning and development strategy; track all training activities ensuring compliance with policies and procedures; guide managers on training resources. Ensure robust performance management processes; follow up on evaluations to ensure timely goal setting for new employees. Manage the HR Master file and database, including tracking leave, probation periods, and timesheets; supervise the orderly maintenance of personnel records. Oversee HR administration to ensure full compliance with current labor laws. Address specific employee relations matters with professionalism; lead investigations as necessary to resolve workplace conflicts and escalate issues as needed. Advise supervisors on appropriate disciplinary actions in accordance with local labor laws and global policies. Model supervisory excellence; mentor HR staff by setting clear expectations, delegating responsibilities, and providing regular performance feedback. Champion the organization's standards for professional conduct. Ensure adherence to safety regulations in the workplace. Promote and monitor employee well-being and support a healthy work-life balance. Provide guidance to management on effective staff communication to ensure clarity and transparency on issues affecting employees.
