Job Title: Strategy and Project Manager Americas

The Strategy and Project Manager Americas is responsible for aligning project management with business strategy execution and ensuring the timely implementation and delivery of assigned projects and/or processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Americas region.
  • Lead project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure successful project delivery and meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business initiatives and projects.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales and operations teams, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to local organizations to ensure high-quality execution of projects and process changes.
  • Monitor and report on project schedules, budgets, and analysis to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, business development, and strategic planning.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the global market.
