Your Role at Baxter

You will support the marketing and sales strategy, ensuring financial viability through the development and control of sales team incentive plans. You will analyze and implement go-to-market strategies through territory management, visit productivity, pipeline, and CRM. You will also prepare and report management indicators and results.

Your Responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze, and communicate objective information on commercial performance to support problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Develop a tactical plan for reporting and analyzing territory management and its impacts on team productivity to meet goals.
  • Control and implement CRM activities through company tools, generating insights for business activities.
  • Control customer compliance and generate alarms to make corresponding adjustments focused on negotiated goals.
  • Establish incentive plans aligned with market conditions and marketing and commercial strategy.
  • Handle sales quotas defined for each person in the sales team, reflecting market and business strategy results.
  • Ensure monitoring of compliance with client productivity.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and risks through productivity reports generated.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or similar. Preferably with a postgraduate degree in finance or marketing or a similar field.
  • 5 years of experience in similar processes. 2 years of experience leading the incentive definition and settlement process.
  • Experience leading teams.
  • Advanced Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, and/or Power BI.
  • Experience in CRM tools (SalesForce.com possible).
  • Knowledge of sales incentive tools.
  • Fluent English required.
