As a Market Strategy Development Specialist, you will be an integral member of the EUM team, working closely with the EUM Lead to set and execute strategies that drive business growth in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the EUM Lead to provide external context for sub-End Use Markets, including market sizing, growth rates, dynamics, consumer trends, and competitor analysis.
- Provide synthesized consumer insights and customer information to support strategy setting.
- Bring inputs to strategy sessions, challenging assumptions and priorities based on market insights.
- Actively collaborate with local teams (Marketing, Sales, RD&A, BD) to activate strategies for relevant sub-End Use Markets.
- Support, challenge, and guide Marketing, Sales, RD&A, and BD teams to bring Kerry's Business Model to its full strength.
- Connect with Global teams, leveraging their experience in sub-End Use Markets while bringing visibility of the region's expertise.
- Strong passion for the Food Industry & Technology.
- Fluent in Spanish and English, Portuguese desirable.
- Minimum 3-5 years of related experience in Food & Beverage B2B Marketing, Business Development, RD&A, and/or Sales.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or Engineering, Master's degree in related fields a plus.
- High energy, strong can-do approach, high emotional intelligence, and resilience.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills of consumer, market, and sales data.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
