About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wellness and Resiliency Manager to join our team at TaskUs. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our employees in maintaining their mental health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective wellness programs and initiatives to promote employee wellbeing
  • Provide coaching and counseling services to employees to help them manage stress and maintain a healthy work-life balance
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to create a positive and supportive work environment
  • Conduct regular check-ins and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mental health and wellbeing
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in coaching or counseling, with a focus on mental health and wellbeing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
Preferred Qualifications
  • Credentialed Coach (ICF) or similar certification
  • Minimum 3 years of experience delivering 1:1 and group counseling sessions, with a focus on emotional and graphic content
  • Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
