Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Wellness and Resiliency Coach to join our team. As a Wellness and Resiliency Coach, you will be responsible for promoting our "Frontline First" approach to ensure our employees are productive, resilient, and enjoy coming to work. You will work closely with our employees to provide coaching interventions, help them reach their goals, and overcome obstacles.

Responsibilities
  1. Proactively check-in with teammates and invite them to individual coaching or group sessions.
  2. Provide individual and group coaching sessions using a prescribed approach and following the ICF Core Competencies.
  3. Partner in the creation and implementation of individual action plans for clients.
  4. Monitor and check-in with clients at specific times to help them keep track of their progress.
  5. Schedule and conduct regular and consistent individual and group coaching sessions.
  6. Create and organize confidential client files, including intake and session documentation.
  7. Monitor, collect, and evaluate necessary data to track clients' progress.
  8. Report accurate and consistent data using prescribed tools.
  9. Assess for emergency/crisis needs and ensure safety planning with clients and proper endorsement to mental health professionals.
  10. Design and facilitate wellness sessions, outreach programs, and activities that support monthly programming and department objectives.
  11. Lead or co-lead projects or activities assigned by the Manager and/or Director of Wellness and Resiliency.
  12. Attend activities and complete all development programs and training sessions required by the department and the company.
  13. Know, understand, and apply the Health and Safety at Work policy.
  14. Properly use and take care of personal protection elements, personal protection equipment, and protection systems provided and implemented by the company for specific positions.
  15. Comply with safety and health rules, responsibilities, and regulations described by the company.
  16. Ensure the good order and cleanliness of their area.
  17. Immediately report acts, unsafe conditions, adverse health conditions, emergencies, effects, or possible effects on the environment, accidents, and near misses, safety risks, process failures, nonconforming products, and others that may affect.
  18. To ensure the integral care of their health and to perform work activities in a safe manner.
  19. Provide clear, truthful, and complete information about their health condition.
  20. Comply with the rules, regulations, procedures, and instructions of the company's OSHMS and the verbal and written indications in this regard.
  21. Inform the employer or contractor in a timely manner about hazards and latent risks in their workplace.
  22. Attend and actively participate in training, induction, prevention, and risk control activities defined by the company, the COPASST, and the Coexistence Committee.
  23. Participate and contribute to the fulfillment of the OSH objectives.
  24. Communicate all suggestions and consult all concerns related to occupational health and safety.
  25. Before starting any activity, identify and analyze risk situations and implement the established and required work controls.
  26. Make rational use of paper, water, energy, and natural resources.
  27. Elect or be elected as a member of the COPASST or Coexistence Committee.
  28. Participate in the identification of hazards, evaluation, and assessment of risks.
  29. Know and apply the actions described in the emergency plan.
