About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wellness and Resiliency Manager to join our team at TaskUs. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our employees in maintaining their mental health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective wellness programs and initiatives to promote employee resilience and mental health.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to employees on stress management, emotional intelligence, and conflict resolution.
  • Collaborate with HR and management teams to develop and implement policies and procedures that support employee wellbeing.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and assessments to identify areas of concern and provide targeted support.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in mental health and wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in coaching, counseling, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
  • Credentialed coach (ICF) or a related certification.
  • Experience working with diverse populations and in a global environment.

Work Location and Schedule

  • Medellin, Colombia.
