Operations Manager Role:
As an Operations Manager at TaskUs, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day business operations, leading a team of up to 150 FTE, and reporting to the Sr. Operations Manager. You will work closely with your team leaders and teammates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for daily updates and performance reports.
- Present in business reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually) to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive performance management and employee retention.
- Collaborate with team leaders to ensure KPIs are met consistently and solve business problems through innovation.
Requirements:
- B2 English Level or Higher.
- Two plus years of managing supervisors in the call center environment; BPO experience is a plus.
- One plus year of client management experience.
- Nice to have: Bachelor degree in business administration or management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Job Expectations:
- This application will be used for positions located on-site at one of our offices in Medellin.
- We ask that Operations Managers have an open and flexible schedule, with hours of operation dependent on client needs.
