Role Overview:We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Remote Operations Manager to oversee our residential and commercial landscape business operations. This role requires a versatile and proactive individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and respond to issues as they arise throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:- Crew Dispatching: Coordinate and dispatch crews each morning and monitor their hours at the end of the day.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve on-site issues promptly to ensure smooth operations.
- Project Management: Oversee ongoing projects, ensuring materials are ordered correctly, match estimates, and evaluate project profitability.
- Operational Oversight: Maintain efficient operational processes, high standards for crew performance, and successful project outcomes.
- Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in managing crews and projects, with strong operational management skills.
- Bilingual: Fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong organizational skills, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Software: Ability to learn new software tools quickly. Experience with Go High Level CRM, Aspire Landscape Management, Microsoft Office, Notion, Loom, and QBO is a plus but not required.
- Experience in a similar role within the landscaping or construction industry.
- Familiarity with operational software and tools used in project management.
