Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day business operations, including a team of up to 150 FTE, and report into the Sr. Operations Manager.
  • Manage TaskUs client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact on a day-to-day basis, providing updates on performance and presenting in business reviews.
  • Work closely with team leaders and teammates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed.
  • Ensure that KPIs are met consistently and solve business problems through innovation.
  • Scale operations, drive performance management, and foster employee retention.

Requirements:

  • B2 English Level or Higher.
  • Two plus years of managing supervisors in the call center environment; BPO experience is a plus.
  • One plus year of client management experience.
  • Nice to have: Bachelor degree in business administration or management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Job Expectations:

  • This application will be used for positions that are located on-site at one of our offices.
  • We ask that Operations Managers have an open and flexible schedule, with hours of operations dependent on the clients' needs.
