About the Role

We are seeking a tech-savvy and results-driven Growth Marketing Lead to join our Global Marketing team at Dialectica. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategic growth marketing programs for our solutions targeting different client segments.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of B2B marketing, Growth Marketing dynamics, and is passionate about driving business growth through targeted marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

Content Creation

Create compelling and targeted marketing collateral, including but not limited to product messaging, landing pages, blog posts, case studies, product videos, and email campaigns.

GTM Strategy

Partner with the sales team to execute on go-to-market strategies, ensuring successful product launches and customer expansion.

Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, commercial leads, and product, to align product marketing plans with overall business objectives.

Market Research

Conduct thorough market research to inform product position and messaging.

Sales Enablement

Communicate the value proposition of our solutions internally to commercial teams. Develop, maintain and distribute sales assets and collateral that improve and facilitate the business development efforts throughout the sales cycle.

Thought Leadership

Establish and maintain a thought leadership presence in the industry by contributing to industry forums, writing thought leadership pieces, and participating in relevant events.

Requirements

5-10 years of B2B marketing, digital/performance or growth marketing experience.

Proficient in digital marketing strategies and tools, including CRO, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.

Advanced knowledge of marketing automation.

Proven experience in B2B product marketing, with a track record of successful product launches and revenue growth.

Strong analytical and research skills to understand market dynamics and customer needs.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create impactful marketing content.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Previous experience in information services or consulting is preferred.

Advanced degrees or product marketing certifications are a plus.
