Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatch Coordinator to join our team at Superior Contracting & Maintenance. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching technicians for maintenance and construction services work orders, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Dispatching: Efficiently schedule emergency and non-emergency work orders, coordinate and dispatch technicians to optimize routes for maximum productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Emergency Response: Manage emergency work orders and reschedule as needed, adjusting schedules and resources accordingly.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all dispatch activities, including contact attempts and issues with tenants or technicians.
  • Communication: Provide timely updates to clients via service provider portals and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Process Improvement: Liaise with other departments to ensure operational efficiency and offer feedback from field technicians to refine processes and enhance service delivery.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Experience: Demonstrated experience in customer service or a similar role with a focus on communication.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to follow directions and implement solutions effectively.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to adapt to changing situations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in fast typing and data entry, with experience in skilled labor trades and dispatching an advantage.
