Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Representative to join our team at Anixter International. As a Senior Representative, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing customers to drive sales growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive sales growth and revenue.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Degree or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree - Marketing, Sales, Business, Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 3-5 years outside sales experience required; 4 years industry experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent sales and negotiation skills; ability to develop and deliver presentations; strong interpersonal skills; effective communicator both written and verbally; ability to work in team environment.
