The Role

We are seeking a Senior Customer Service Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our customer service operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and responsiveness. Your primary focus will be on managing all pre and post-sales tasks, including order management, returns, and accounting receivables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Manage returns, backorders, and rental processes to minimize customer dissatisfaction.
  • Lead process improvements to enhance customer service operations.
  • Collaborate with the sales force to support commercial activities.
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure customer service performance.

Requirements

  • Professional degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • High English language proficiency.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the in vitro diagnostics (IVDx) market.
  • Sales administration background.
  • Proficiency in SAP.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
