Job OverviewThis hybrid position involves providing essential administrative support to the Group Country Manager, handling meetings, calls, requests, analyzing solutions, and ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees. The ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration, multi-tasking, and communication skills, adhering to our Leadership Principles and fostering trusted partnerships across the organization.
Responsibilities- Handle employee relations cases, providing support for employee inquiries, policy questions, accommodations, and general inquiries.
- Assist employees, managers, Corp Comms, and HR professionals with their needs, serving as the first point of contact for inquiries.
- Collaborate with the Diversity and Inclusion team to provide data reporting and analytics, supporting initiatives to drive our D&I strategy.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
- Proven ability to operate effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Associate: Minimum of 6 months of work experience or a Bachelor's Degree.
- Preferred Qualifications: Associate: 2 or more years of work experience, strong Microsoft Excel experience, and project management skills.
The estimated salary for this role is $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
