At NielsenIQ, we are seeking a skilled Business Contract Manager to drive growth and compliance across our global operations. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team and contribute to the success of our business.

About the Role

This key position will be responsible for coordinating the review and validation of all agreements, as well as maintaining a complete contract file. The successful candidate will also oversee the development and implementation of a Contract Database, ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams, including Legal, Pricing, and Finance.

Responsibilities
  • Compile and review documentation received from various markets, guaranteeing approval flow and rejection communication is ongoing.
  • Obtain contract signature(s) and countersignature as required, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
  • Log, scan, verify, and deliver agreements for signature/countersignature along with supporting documentation, where applicable.
  • Create PDFs of executed agreements, record entries to appropriate databases, and file in the contract repositories.
  • Document comparisons as requested, providing accurate and detailed analysis.
  • Provide copies of contracts upon request to Sales and Legal teams.
  • Locate and provide all legal documents required for auditor requests, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize assigned workload, exercising sound judgment in handling exceptions to standard procedures.
  • Elevate issues on an as-needed basis to manager for resolution, showcasing strong problem-solving skills.
Requirements
  • 0-1 years of prior business or Legal clerical experience in a corporate setting.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Sharepoint, Form) and Adobe proficiency.
  • Demonstrate basic math skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Superior organizational skills, with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Able to demonstrate professionalism in a high-pressure environment, with a strong interpersonal/teamwork disposition.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work autonomously, solving problems with minimal intervention from others.
  • Excellent influencing skills to effectively (yet tactfully) uphold established practices and procedures.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication (both oral and written) skills.
  • Able to succeed in a dynamic environment with new challenges and changing work priorities.
  • Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) and Contract Lifecycle Management System (CLM) experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree (or commensurate experience) in a related field, preferred but not required.
