**Job Overview**: We are seeking an experienced Senior Real Estate Portfolio Manager to lead the efficient management and liquidation of properties within our Real Estate Owned (REO) portfolio. This role is responsible for maintaining properties in marketable condition, overseeing necessary property maintenance and evictions, and responding to local property violations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Drive efficient liquidation of properties in the company's REO portfolio.
- Facilitate evictions and ensure REO properties are in marketable condition.
- Manage and direct the activities of the REO team.
- Respond to and abate property violations.
- Oversee the gathering of bids, negotiate contracts/agreements, and manage timelines for all projects.
**Qualifications:**
- 4-5 years of experience in contracting, construction, property management, or property preservation.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
**Benefits:
- US Dollar Salary ($75,000 - $100,000 DOE).
- 11 Paid US Holidays per year.
- 100% Remote Position.
This is a consultancy contract.
