This group collaborates with technology and various business partners to establish a center of excellence aimed at enhancing efficiency, effectiveness, and providing an outstanding user experience. We are committed to empowering our business users and facilitating their success.
Reporting to the Director of Operational Excellence & Execution, this position will engage with diverse teams across the Corporate IT Integration Management Office to identify and implement process efficiencies. The role is crucial in ensuring the seamless integration of acquired entities' data and end users by promoting process automation, enhancement, and standardization throughout all functional areas and project lifecycle stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Lean Six Sigma (DMAIC) and other process improvement methodologies to drive transformation and automation through cross-functional collaboration.
- Build trusted advisor relationships within the Corporate IT Integration Management Office and with stakeholders through demonstrated expertise.
- Prepare and present status updates to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Conduct interviews and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to define customer needs and validate proposed changes to business processes.
- Develop and monitor process improvement procedures, ensuring performance and adoption across the organization.
- Formulate strategic objectives and key performance indicators for initiatives.
- Analyze current process standards to identify opportunities for improvement and maintain documentation on process enhancements.
- Perform data gathering and root cause analysis to develop appropriate process control changes.
- Identify dependencies between new and existing processes and propose improvements.
- Act as a change agent to transition stakeholders to new operational methods.
- Provide training on updates and improvements to processes and procedures.
- Support global Lean Six Sigma initiatives and promote a Lean Six Sigma culture.
- Identify potential obstacles and escalate issues as necessary.
- Serve as a catalyst for ongoing business process improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree, or 2 years with an advanced degree, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Lean Six Sigma (LSS) Green Belt Certification; Black Belt certification preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in business process improvement utilizing LSS methodologies.
- Ability to produce detailed process flow maps and conduct cost/benefit analysis.
Preferred Skills:
- Master's Degree.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- Knowledge of Agile SaFe and/or ITIL 4.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in integrating data and end users.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and analytical tools such as Excel and Power BI.
Work Environment:
This position is hybrid, requiring a balance of remote and office work, with expectations for collaboration across teams.
