Job Title: Real Estate Lead Conversion Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Lead Conversion Specialist to join our team at BruntWork. As a key member of our offshore team, you will play a vital role in enhancing our lead conversion process and supporting our growing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to inquiries from potential clients via email and text
  • Conduct outbound calls to discuss real estate needs and opportunities
  • Efficiently transfer calls to appropriate team members
  • Manage and optimize the property viewing calendar
  • Assist clients in property searches based on specific criteria
  • Maintain accurate client information in the CRM system
  • Serve as the first point of contact for two major real estate websites

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational abilities and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in email, text messaging, and phone systems
  • Basic understanding of real estate terminology and processes
  • Ability to work full-time in Central Time Zone (UTC-06:00)
  • Comfortable working remotely in an offshore team environment
  • Adaptability to learn new systems and processes quickly
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work
