Adidas GBS is seeking a highly skilled Process Automation Senior Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, improving agility, and enhancing decision-making capabilities.
About the Role:The Process Automation Senior Specialist will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders to identify and prioritize automation opportunities. You will conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes and workflows to determine automation potential and feasibility. Your expertise will be essential in gathering and documenting business requirements, process maps, and use cases for automation projects.

- Gather and document business requirements, process maps, and use cases for automation projects.
- Work closely with automation developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs.
- Assist in the development and testing of automation solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and deliver desired outcomes.
- Keep stakeholders updated on their respective demands during the automation life cycle.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on newly implemented automation solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of automation solutions to ensure they continue to meet business needs.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of business processes, requirements, and automation solutions.
- Ensure that all required signoffs are obtained on time as per the project plan.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in process automation to continuously improve the CoE's capabilities.
- Three or more years of experience working in automation or continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
- Strong understanding of BPMN (or equivalent) process mapping notation.
- Proven analytical abilities including root-cause-analysis capabilities.
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports.
- Comprehensive understanding of E2E processes in Global Business Services.
- Basic understanding of automation tools such as UiPath and MS Power Platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science or business administration or management.
- Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or a related role.
- Working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, and process mapping tools.
- Familiarity with process automation concepts and technologies is desirable.
- Familiar with the Agile project management approach.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and user testing.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
