Job DescriptionThe Opportunity
This Field Marketing Analyst position leads Choclitos and Tostitos, providing local expertise according to market needs. The successful candidate will develop brand strategy, drive volume, sales, and market share objectives, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute robust commercial activations.
Your Impact
- Lead Choclitos and Tostitos, ensuring local expertise aligns with market needs.
- Deliver sales, volume, and market share objectives aligned with market unit plans.
- Collaborate with other areas to develop 360-degree commercial activations for maximum growth.
Responsibilities
- Execute plans to achieve brand goals, meeting market and commercial unit expectations.
- Monitor and assess brand business performance and market trends.
- Build and deliver strong analytics to support the business, designing actionable plans.
Field Commercial Activation
- Provide direction to category and commercial activation teams to localize the brand marketing mix for each customer/channel.
- Manage relationships with creative and media agencies in campaign creation/adaptation from brief development to execution delivery.
