About Solvo Global Sas: We are a leading family-owned pest control company, seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role offers the perfect opportunity for a professional looking to start their career path in customer service.
About the Role: As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships between our customers, service technicians, and operations teams. Your goal will be to provide excellent customer service to a network of clients, answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to schedule pest control services and process payments.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to schedule services and process payments.
- Assist in resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Perform data entry tasks, generate reports, and utilize sales leads to initiate contact with customers and prospects.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 6 months experience in customer-facing roles.
- Excellent level of English fluency, with minimal accent and a friendly tone.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including emotional intelligence to handle stressed customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, typing at 40+ words per minute, and ability to multitask.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on national averages and industry standards. Our full-time position offers competitive benefits and opportunities for growth within the company.
