Job Description
Sutherland is seeking an exceptional professional to oversee and manage performance and service quality, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage performance and service quality to guarantee customer satisfaction.
- Establish and maintain communication with clients and/or team members, understand needs, resolve issues, and meet expectations.
- Relay important information in the form of timely and accurate reports.
- Produce solid and effective strategies based on accurate and meaningful data reports and analysis.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Advanced-level knowledge of Excel.
- An English level of B2 or above.
- At least 1 year of experience in this role or similar roles in the BPO industry.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner.

The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
