About the Job:

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Barranquilla, Colombia. This is a full-time position with a shift schedule of 11 am to 8 pm EST, Monday to Friday.

About the Role:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support experience through multiple communication channels, primarily phone-based. You will develop an in-depth understanding of our platform and tailor your expertise to meet each customer's unique needs, ensuring timely and efficient resolutions.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 6 months to 1 year of BPO experience (preferable)
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2 or above)
  • Exceptional customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills, including a professional phone voice
  • Good multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in receiving inbound calls and performing outbound calls
  • Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary estimated at $12-$15 per hour based on industry standards and local living costs in Colombia.
