Role Summary

The Coupa Pay Supplier Enablement Technical Consultant plays a pivotal role in facilitating the onboarding of suppliers through technical methodologies to the Coupa platform. This position is essential for establishing and validating connections via cXML and sFTP, ensuring a seamless integration experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide assigned suppliers through the enablement process, from initial outreach to successful transaction initiation within Coupa.
  • Identify and prioritize strategic suppliers based on system records.
  • Educate suppliers on various onboarding and integration options available within Coupa.
  • Effectively communicate the advantages of electronic transactions through Coupa, tailoring the message to suit different audiences.
  • Manage the escalation of supplier records to the Program Manager as per established protocols, ensuring timely follow-up on requests.
  • Foster a collaborative team environment by contributing to process improvements and embracing Coupa's core values.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in cXML invoicing integration with extensive user experience.
  • Strong understanding of cXML Punchout.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Fluent in English (C1 or higher).
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, adept at providing updates and resolving issues.
  • Ability to create comprehensive documentation outlining supplier enablement requirements.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in rapidly growing organizations.
  • Familiarity with the Coupa platform or similar B2B systems and supplier enablement processes.
  • Knowledge of EDI connections.
  • Basic understanding of cXML Punchout.
  • Experience with cXML invoicing integration is advantageous.
