Coupa Software is seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for onboarding suppliers via technical methods to the Coupa platform.
Key Responsibilities- Assist assigned suppliers in completing enablement tasks, from initial contact to integration and transaction setup.
- Prioritize strategic suppliers based on record information in the system.
- Assist suppliers in understanding onboarding and integration options in Coupa.
- Position the value proposition of electronic transactions through Coupa and adjust language and approach for the audience.
- Coordinate record escalations to the Program Manager and ensure prompt follow-up on supplier requests.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by working with team members to improve processes and best practices.
- Experience with cXML invoicing integration.
- Excellent understanding of cXML Punchout.
- Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills.
- Fluent English language skills (C1 or better).
- Customer-facing experience and comfort working directly with customers.
- Ability to create documentation outlining supplier enablement requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Experience working in organizations undergoing rapid growth.
- Experience with the Coupa platform or similar B2B system and supporting supplier enablement.
- EDI connection experience.
- Basic understanding of cXML Punchout.
