Coupa Software is seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will play a critical role in onboarding suppliers via technical methods to the Coupa platform.
The ideal candidate will have experience with cXML invoicing integration, cXML Punchout, and Microsoft Office applications. They will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist suppliers in completing their enablement tasks, from initial contact to integration and beyond.
- Prioritize strategic suppliers based on record information in the system.
- Help suppliers understand their onboarding and integration options in Coupa.
- Position the value proposition of transacting electronically through Coupa and adjust language and approach for different audiences.
- Escalate records to the Program Manager as needed and ensure prompt follow-up on supplier requests.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by working with team members to improve processes and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with cXML invoicing integration and cXML Punchout.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Excel.
- Fluent English language skills (C1 or better).
- Customer-facing experience and comfort working directly with customers.
- Ability to create documentation outlining supplier enablement requirements.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience working in organizations undergoing rapid growth.
- Experience with the Coupa platform or similar B2B systems.
- EDI connection experience.
- Basic understanding of cXML Punchout.
- Experience with cXML invoicing integration a plus.
