Demand Generation Manager

Our client, Calero is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive revenue by overseeing all aspects for the Calero lead generation strategy, with a particular focus on paid advertising, advertising tracking, and cost of capital reporting.
**Responsibilities**:
- Establishes and fosters a partnership with the Sales and Marketing teams to align revenue generating strategies
- Understand and execute lead generation strategies to cultivate new opportunities, projects, and customers through various advertising channels
- Achieve campaign performance targets through A/B testing strategies and execution across all channels
- Define, monitor, and profile target customer segments and campaigns to ensure focused and effective lead generation efforts.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential new opportunities.
- Establish and demonstrate a clear understanding and ability to communicate Caleros brand and product offerings
- Monitor, analyze and report out on campaign performances full understanding of end-to-end processes and customer journey mapping.
- Tracking inbound leads back to campaigns daily, quarterly, and annually
- Optimize lead generation strategies based on KPIs and ability to pivot plans as needed.
- Analyze and build different future scenarios to create new paths of business and communication channels.
- Provides framework and guidance for lead generation and execution by identifying new markets and advertising tactics to encourage business growth
- Collaborating with other departments on content creating of digital assets, approved verbiage, sales initiatives, etc.
- Ability to establish buy in with Executive Leadership team and stakeholders to establish budget for projects and deliverables
Experience And Training
- Bachelors Degree Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business
- 5+ years in digital marketing role
- High proficiency in digital tools and tactics such as Adobe Experience Manager, Spinklr, ABM, Marketo, GoogleAds, social media channels
- Strong understanding of the digital customer experience and eagerness to leverage innovative and disruptive thinking to build processes and structures for marketing new products, services, solutions
- Customer focused attitude
- SEO/PPC experience, certifications preferred
- Proven ability in process management
- Highly motivated, energetic and eager to make an impact
- Strong presentation capability, collaboration and interpersonal skills
Technical Knowledge:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to function independently in a self-directed environment
- Able to coordinate with internal/external support organizations and multiple levels of management
- Able to gauge the level of perspective customer engagement and needs
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite products
