About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team as a Commercial Leader in the Fragrance Industry. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success in the Consumer Fragrances market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Project Management
    • Lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Commercial Strategy
    • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams.
    • Collaborate with external partners, including suppliers, distributors, and customers.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Minimum 3-5 years of sales and business development experience in the B2B market.
  • Skills
    • Strong business acumen and commercial skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
