About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Business Development Professional to join our team as a Commercial Leader in the Fragrance Industry. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and success in the Consumer Fragrances market.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our market share.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Project Management
- Lead and manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective project execution and stakeholder engagement.
- Commercial Strategy
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product development teams.
- Collaborate with external partners, including suppliers, distributors, and customers.
Requirements
- Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales and business development experience in the B2B market.
- Skills
- Strong business acumen and commercial skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
