About the Role

As a Key Account Manager - Retail Partnerships at DiDi, you will be responsible for managing large retailer brands within our app. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the quality and selection of the retailer's catalog, driving growth through operational excellence and commercial strategy, and maintaining and improving key performance indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the large retailer brands within DiDi App.
  2. Responsible for the retailer's catalog quality and selection.
  3. Achieve growth throughout operational excellence and commercial strategy.
  4. Keep and improve both operational and commercial KPIs.
  5. Create long-term commercial strategies with our Key Account partners.
Requirements
  1. 6+ years of commercial experience or similar.
  2. English and Spanish proficiency.
  3. Experience building commercial plans.
  4. Able to develop long-term business relationships.
  5. Experienced managing large or enterprise customers.
  6. Experience in retail or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) companies, e-commerce oriented.
  7. Experience working in start-up environment or tech companies (desired).
