Client Support Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data entry management
  • Performance reporting
  • Verification, capturing, and digitalization of documents and data
  • Execution of individual assignments as directed and within specified timelines
  • Facilitating the Intake process by collecting new client information (via phone and/or submitted documentation) and establishing new Filevine projects.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Proficiency in digitization
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to efficiently complete assigned tasks with accuracy
  • Effective collaboration and communication regarding task progress
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and PDF Adobe
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to comprehend English-language task instructions without formal documentation
