About the Role

The primary objective of this position is to assist in the development and tactical execution of marketing strategies to achieve company goals. This involves closely monitoring programs, plans, and activities by product/brand, while simultaneously analyzing the market, products, and competitors to support the sales team and customers in meeting objectives.

Responsibilities
  • Operational Marketing Support: Assist in implementing marketing campaigns, including creating and distributing promotional materials, coordinating shipments, and maintaining client databases.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Perform basic data analysis on sales, campaign performance, and market trends, and prepare periodic reports using Excel to present key insights.
  • Trade Marketing Support: Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute trade marketing activities, monitor promotions at points of sale, and collect feedback from clients and distributors.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or trade marketing roles
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

$85,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience
