Novo Nordisk A/S: Exciting Opportunity for a Senior Trade Marketing Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Trade Marketing Specialist to join our team in Colombia. As a key member of our trade marketing department, you will play a crucial role in driving sales through targeted marketing plans and trade promotions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute targeted marketing plans and trade promotions to drive sales within the trade channel
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, negotiating programs to maximise brand visibility and sales
  • Conduct market analysis and competitor research to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights
  • Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to plan and execute successful product launches and ensure alignment on marketing initiatives
  • Manage the trade channel marketing budget and establish KPIs to measure effectiveness, providing regular performance reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager focused on the trade channel within the pharmaceutical/dermatological industry
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with the ability to turn market insights into actionable initiatives
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills with trade channel partners
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, CRM systems, and budget management to deliver results in dynamic environments
