Business Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Developer to join our team at the private equity firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business development, investment criteria, and deal flow management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and identify investment opportunities in the private sector.
  • Sourcing deals that fit our investment criteria.
  • Finding contact information for owners of numerous private companies.
  • Connecting with contacts via email and/or phone.
  • Organizing investment meetings.
  • Managing and maintaining a CRM system.

Working Conditions:

  • Directly working with successful entrepreneurs.
  • Exposure to live M&A transactions.
  • Interactions with brokers, accountants, and lawyers.
  • Daily involvement in due diligence and various types of negotiations.

Requirements:

  • Hungry and eager to learn extensively.
  • Possess common sense and the ability to think independently.
  • Have a keen interest in business and entrepreneurship.

Benefits:

  • $2,500,000 - $4,500,000 COP annual salary.
  • 100% remote work arrangement.
  • Scheduled Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
