We are seeking a motivated and results-driven TTEC Lead Development Representative to join our team in Bogota, Colombia. As a key player in our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving new revenue growth by selling TTEC solutions to new B2B customers.

About the Role

In this exciting role, you will take ownership of positioning our solution portfolio, developing and managing a sales pipeline, and securing net-new business. You will report to the Manager of Lead Development and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals.

As a successful TTEC Lead Development Representative, you will have a proven track record of success in consultative sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a SaaS or B2B consultative sales role. You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify, qualify, and cultivate sales opportunities through a blend of outbound, inbound, and email techniques.
  2. Conduct research on companies as part of lead generation and qualification activities using resources such as the Internet, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Intent tools.
  3. Gather key information to update Salesforce records and assign a nurture path and follow-up strategy.
  4. Transform Leads to Sales Opportunities by cultivating and educating key decision makers and prospective buyers as they move into the sales cycle.
  5. Accurately and confidently convey our solutions to prospective business partners as strategic options to improve their business operations.
  6. Qualify and nurture leads until they are ready to progress in the sales cycle.
  7. Schedule intro meetings between Account Executives and potential customers.
Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in a SaaS or B2B consultative sales role with a minimum of 1 year of closing and multi-client book management experience.
  • Experience prospecting companies on international markets 100% in English.
  • Strong business acumen, including independent decision making, self-motivation, resiliency, and a passion to succeed.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, learn quickly, and be a creative problem solver.
