About the Role:

We're seeking a highly skilled GenAI Business Development Manager to lead our GenAI strategy in Latin America. As a key member of our team, you'll drive engagements with startup founders and general partners, leveraging your technical expertise to effectively interact with CTOs, software developers, and architects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage with GenAI startups to understand their technical and commercial challenges/opportunities.
  • Map startup needs onto Amazon assets and mobilize those assets to work on behalf of these customers.
  • Act as the voice of the startup customer by discovering, capturing, and reporting back patterns and learnings from the field.
  • Develop and hold relationships with key influencers in the startup ecosystem focused on GenAI.

What You'll Need:

  • 7+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience.
  • 7+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience as a founder or executive focused on related segments, or as a practice leader or business unit owner.
  • Experience selling to Fortune 1000 or Global 2000 organizations.
