Performance Marketing Strategist for E-Commerce Growth

As a key member of our fast-paced, data-driven e-commerce business, you will be responsible for managing all paid media channels, overseeing ad performance, and working closely with internal teams to drive growth and improve return on investment.
Key Responsibilities:- Paid Media Management and Optimization
- Oversee and optimize paid media campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other platforms to ensure alignment with performance targets and ROAS goals.
- Implement A/B tests and other strategies to enhance ad effectiveness and scale revenue.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for both internal and external agency-led campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to achieve targets and identify opportunities for growth.
- Creative Collaboration and Strategic Input
- Develop detailed design briefs for the internal design team to ensure cohesive marketing strategies and enhance ad performance.
- Work closely with email marketing, SEO, and CRO teams to ensure aligned marketing efforts and provide support for paid media initiatives.
- Contribute to the overall marketing strategy by aligning paid media efforts with long-term growth objectives and working directly with the CMO to develop scalable media strategies.
- Performance Reporting and Growth Opportunities
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders on media performance, ensuring transparency and data-driven insights for strategic development.
- Continuously explore and test new channels, targeting strategies, or ad formats to uncover new revenue opportunities and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Utilize data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush to refine and enhance ad strategies, aiming for sustained growth and improved ROI.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in managing paid media, preferably in D2C e-commerce growth.
- Expert knowledge in Google Ads, Google Shopping Ads, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Strong proficiency in Shopify.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize for ROAS while identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
