Job Title: Digital Growth Strategist for North Latam

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Growth Strategist to lead the development and execution of regional product campaigns in partnership with internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will own the local marketing strategy, design marketing campaigns, and manage strategic marketing partner relationships.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute regional product campaigns to ensure business objectives are met.
  • Own the local marketing strategy, including growth initiatives, strategic projects, and full-funnel marketing programs.
  • Design and implement marketing campaigns, ensuring effective communication across owned, earned, and paid channels.
  • Manage and grow strategic marketing partner relationships, channel experimentation, audience messaging, and spend accountability.
  • Be user-obsessed, mapping out the user journey and increasing funnel conversion through surfacing product asks, user education, and operations campaigns.
  • Ideate, test, iterate, and optimize growth via paid acquisition, retargeting, and product optimizations across web and native-app growth channels.

Requirements:
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
  • Execution-oriented mindset, with humility, drive, and scrappiness to get results.
  • Must have a strong interest and knowledge in crypto/blockchain/technology.
  • Able to work independently and under pressure with short timelines.
  • Balances strategic planning with operations and execution.
  • Strong coordination skills and strategic mindset for marketing.
